No, our webshop also offers the option of shopping as a guest without registering. In this case, you only need to provide the information necessary to complete the order during the purchase.

With your own account created during registration, you don't have to re-enter your details for future purchases, you can track your previous orders, and you can easily change your settings at any time.

You can create your own account by clicking on the "Login/Registration" menu item in the menu and filling out the form accordingly. To register, you need to provide a username, password, email address, and shipping and billing information.

We can only accept orders through the webshop interface. This ensures accurate data management and automatic confirmation.

Convenient and secure online payment is provided by Shopify Payments. You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or UnionPay credit cards. You can also pay by cash on delivery to the courier or at the collection points (the fee is 800 HUF gross).

The shipping fee is as follows:

  • Free shipping: for all orders over 18,000 HUF gross.
  • For orders under 18,000 HUF: from 3,300 HUF to 6,000 HUF, depending on the chosen method (details in Delivery methods).
  • Cash on delivery handling fee: 800 HUF.

We offer several flexible solutions:

  • Home delivery: by MPL or DPD courier service.
  • Parcel machines: MPL or DPD machines nationwide.
  • Collection points: PostaPoints (MOL, Coop, Media Markt) or packages left at the Posta.

Paid orders will be handed over to the courier service within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date of order.

Please inspect the package in the presence of the courier! If you notice any damage to the packaging or products, please ask for a report and do not accept the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept subsequent complaints for shipping damage without a report.

Yes, as a private individual (consumer) you can cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. It is important that the product is undamaged and suitable for its intended use after being returned (e.g. unopened bottle, undamaged seal/capsule).

You can indicate your intention to withdraw by sending us a clear statement (for example, by e-mail to boraszat@veszpremiersekseg.hu ). You can also use the sample statement in the appendix to the GTC, but it is not mandatory.

We will refund the full amount due (including the original delivery fee) immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The amount paid will be refunded in the same way as the original payment method (e.g. credit card refund).

Our products are manufactured in accordance with the strictest winemaking standards, but if you experience a quality problem, you can make a warranty claim. In such a case, please contact us and prepare the invoice proving your purchase. We will record the complaint and strive to replace the defective product within 15 days.

The most important document for validating a warranty claim is the invoice you received at the time of purchase. Please keep this as it will prove that you purchased the product from us.

Given the nature of our products (food/alcoholic beverages), we do not offer a classic warranty, however, you are of course entitled to the warranty rights prescribed by law if the product did not meet the quality requirements at the time of purchase.
