Rhine Riesling
A dry white wine with a geographical indication under the Balatonmelléki Protection. Made from Rhine Riesling bred from four different clone selections. All four varieties were harvested at different times and alcoholic fermentation was started with different types of yeast. It was kept in a steel tank on a fine grate for four months with regular stirring of the grate. The ripest Rhine must was matured in the tank and so-called French oak chips were added, which gives the wine slight barrel notes.

Winemaking / Wine description
A reductive approach, precisely selected harvest time and gentle processing – our goal during its preparation was to preserve freshness and proportion. After settling, the raw must was fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 12–15 °C, and then aged on fine lees for four months until bottling.
